Local Entrepreneurs Launch In-Home Care Business to Serve North Texas Community

Sunil and Vasu bring both personal caregiving experience and strong professional expertise—Sunil in executive recruiting and Vasu in software and cybersecurity. After years spent in the tech world and caring for their own aging parents, the duo chose to open multiple CareBuilders at Home locations as a way to give back to their community.

Sunil and Vasu are especially passionate about supporting seniors as they transition from hospitals or rehabilitation centers back home. They are developing community programs such as Safely Home, which provides a few hours of complimentary, no-obligation care to patients following discharge.
“This work allows me to give back in a way I wish I could have done more of for my own aging parents in India,” said Vasu Varadarajan. “By providing exceptional care to seniors here in Texas, I feel like I’m honoring them while building something meaningful in our community.”
