Regulate, a new infrastructure platform purpose-built for food and beverage CPG companies, announced its public launch today following early enterprise deployments and major academic partnerships. The company aims to address one of the industry’s most persistent and overlooked gaps: the lack of a unified system to manage compliance, product logic, and execution across the value chain.
Spun out of Helmsman Group, a firm that has supported over 1000 brands and commercialized $2B+ in CPG products, Regulate transforms fragmented product development and regulatory workflows into a live, structured platform. It enables brands, manufacturers, and suppliers to centralize and standardize critical data around ingredients, certifications, supplier documentation, claims logic, and regulatory requirements.

Regulate is currently in deployment across multi-plant enterprise environments and is being adopted into regulatory and product development curriculum at universities such as California Polytechnic State University, Pomona (Cal Poly), and Oregon State University, beginning Fall 2025.
The company will present at Plug and Play Fintech Pitch Day on August 1, 2025, showcasing how its platform combines compliance intelligence, execution workflows, and embedded deployment support to solve mission-critical problems inside the $4T global packaged goods supply chain.
