“We’ve built the first people-powered jobs site that helps users not just find a job but also learn what it’s like to work there from people who already do.

There are now more job vacancies than workers for the first time. Especially in the key sectors of retail, hospitality, logistics and social care.

Employee experience is key to appealing to the next generation of job seekers. By giving them access to this information job seekers can learn about the best employers and find the jobs that meet their needs and expectations.

Using our we can show pay ranges for jobs even if it isn’t included in the job advert. Helping them see how the jobs compare.”

Breakroom doesn’t just help users find a job it helps users find out if the job is well-rated but also if the job meets their needs. It also uses the data from the over 400,000 UK shift workers who have taken the Breakroom Quiz.

Users can filter jobs by what matters to them. Things like, if the job pays breaks, if all ages are paid the same or how much notice you’ll get for your shifts. Breakroom also uses the data to produce an estimated pay range for that job, even if the pay isn’t in the job advert.
