Yesterday Is Not Tomorrow Ltd (YNT), a UK-based transformation consultancy, has launched four practitioner tool kits designed to support change agents, coaches, and leaders navigating organisational change.
The four kits, Ember, Pulse, Here, and Beyond, each address a distinct challenge in the transformation lifecycle.
- Ember is a reflection tool for change agents experiencing burnout and change fatigue, featuring honest prompts to help individuals and teams navigate difficult transitions.
- Pulse is a diagnostic tool that helps change agents and coaches surface culture, name blockers, and build a full picture of what is happening inside a team before taking action.
- Here is a culture and context tool for mapping the current state of an organisation, covering what is believed, felt, carried, and quietly driving behaviour beneath the surface.
- Beyond is a strategic provocation tool for leaders and teams who need to move past incremental improvement and build what comes next.
All four kits work solo, in coaching, in group settings, and require no facilitation skill to use. Each kit is also part of YNT’s wider methodology, used across their consulting, leadership, and training programmes.
“Most transformation tools are designed for the organisation,” said founder Gabriel Opoku. “These are designed for the people doing the transforming. The ones who show up every day, carry the emotional weight of change, and rarely get asked how they are doing.”
The kits are available now at yesterdayisnottomorrow.com.
