In a market that rewards size and decades of history, the five-year-old brokerage has overtaken agencies many times its age to lead Dubai for secondary home sales across the entire first half of 2026.
White & Co, founded barely five years ago, has become the number one real estate brokerage in Dubai for secondary home sales, overtaking firms that have traded in the city for two decades. Its lead has held across the whole of the first half of 2026, ranking first on both leading public portals, Bayut and Property Finder, where its position is open for any buyer, seller or competitor to see.
This is no single strong month. Across the six months to June, White & Co recorded more transactions on Bayut than any other agency, more than 40 per cent ahead of the next. Its market share reached 7.9 per cent in June, the largest of any agency in Dubai, according to Property Monitor.
Most brokerages measure their rise in decades. White & Co has done it in five years, in one of the most competitive property markets in the world, where size, history and deep local networks usually decide the order.
White & Co also generated more residential sale leads than any other agency in Dubai, ranking first on both Bayut and Property Finder. Sale leads are the live buyer demand that turns listings into completed deals.

The milestone caps a period of continuous rapid growth for the brokerage, which has expanded its footprint across the UAE while continuing to recruit brokers locally and internationally. It works across the full property market, including secondary sales, leasing, off-plan, commercial, property management, mortgages and conveyancing.
