As AI assistants become a primary entry point for online information, businesses are increasingly seeking ways to maintain visibility in this changing environment. The introduction of new tools aimed at measuring and improving how companies appear within AI-generated responses reflects a practical response to this shift in user behaviour.

For small and mid-sized businesses, as well as digital agencies, the ability to track and influence brand representation in AI-driven answers is likely to become a routine part of digital marketing. Gurgaon, India

Gurgaon, India, September 12, 2026.

WEB5 NEXGEN INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, a software company based in Gurgaon, Haryana, today announced the launch of MyZia, an online platform that measures how businesses appear in AI-generated answers.

The company said it built the platform in response to the growing share of customer research that now takes place through AI assistants rather than conventional search engines.

According to the company, the platform examines how a business is described across 16 AI models using more than 40 signals. It then prepares and publishes articles on the business’s own website that are intended to make the business easier for AI assistants to reference when they compose answers.

Industry research shows that a rising share of online queries now end without a visit to any website, because users read answers generated directly by assistants such as ChatGPT and Gemini. This shift has created demand for tools that measure a company’s presence inside AI-generated answers, a category sometimes called Answer Engine Optimization or Generative Engine Optimization, rather than measuring only conventional search rankings.

“Search behavior changed faster than the tools did,” said Dhairya Patel, founder of the company. “A business can rank well in a conventional search engine and still not appear when a customer asks an AI assistant for a recommendation.”

The company said MyZia is offered as a subscription service for small and mid-sized businesses, and that a white-label version is available for marketing agencies that wish to offer AI visibility measurement to their own clients. The platform scans a website and produces a report describing how the business appears across the supported AI models.

WEB5 NEXGEN INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED was incorporated in June 2024 and is recognized as a startup by India’s Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade. The company is a software and digital services firm with no blockchain or cryptocurrency business, despite the similarity in naming. It develops the MyZia platform and also operates Web5 Solution, a digital marketing agency serving clients in India and abroad.

About WEB5 NEXGEN INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED: Based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, the company develops software for measuring and improving business visibility in AI-generated answers.
