A fast-growing UK payments firm is continuing its national expansion with the launch of a new office in Norwich, as demand for flexible merchant services continues to rise.

Total Payments has opened its latest site at Meadowview Business Centre on Queens Road, strengthening its presence beyond Yorkshire and into East Anglia.

The move comes amid a period of sustained growth for the company, which provides card payment solutions, EPOS systems and online gateways to small and medium-sized businesses across the UK.

The business has built momentum by offering tailored payment solutions and transparent pricing, helping independent retailers and hospitality operators modernise their payment systems without being tied to a single provider.

A key factor behind its expansion has been its partnerships with major industry names including SumUp, Worldpay, myPOS, Teya, E Merchant Pay, DNA Payments and Kody Pay. By working across multiple providers, Total Payments enables businesses to compare options and select systems best suited to their needs.

Nick Mehat, director of Total Payments, said the Norwich launch marks an important step in the firm’s long-term growth plans.

“Opening our Norwich office is a huge step forward for Total Payments. Our growth has been driven by building strong relationships—with both our clients and our provider partners,” he said.

“By working with leading names like SumUp, Worldpay, myPOS, Teya, E Merchant Pay, DNA Payments and Kody Pay, we’re able to offer businesses real choice and real value. Norwich is an exciting city with a thriving business community, and we’re proud to be investing here as we continue to expand across the UK.”

The new office is expected to support regional businesses while also creating new jobs and strengthening customer service as the company scales.

Alongside its commercial growth, Total Payments is also investing in community initiatives and is a proud partner of the Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice, supporting families who have children that are facing life-limiting conditions.

With its latest expansion, the firm is positioning itself for further growth as more businesses shift towards cashless and digital payment systems.
