High-energy entertainer and Western lifestyle personality The Roaming Hillbilly is set to bring his signature boot-stompin’, crowd-strollin’ country bluegrass music to the legendary Red Bluff Round-Up, taking place April 18–20, 2025 in Tehama County, CA.
Now in his ninth year as a touring performer, The Roaming Hillbilly has become a crowd favorite at over 25 rodeos annually, delivering an interactive, high-spirited musical experience like no one else in the Western entertainment world. From weaving through rodeo crowds to getting fans clapping, dancing, and singing along, his unique performance style is a perfect fit for Red Bluff—“America’s Largest Three-Day Rodeo” and one of the most historic events in the sport.
“I’ve performed all over the West, but there’s nothing like Red Bluff,” says The Roaming Hillbilly. “The energy, the history, the community spirit—it’s an honor to be part of such an iconic event.”
Founded in 1921 and drawing over 30,000 fans annually, the Red Bluff Round-Up is a true cornerstone of the PRCA circuit, attracting top competitors and celebrating Western heritage with a week-long schedule of events. The Roaming Hillbilly will be performing live throughout the rodeo, bringing music directly to the fans—whether they’re at the gates, or in line for a corn dog.
