The Dispensary Podcast will launch on May 27, 2026, introducing a B2B media platform focused on the regulatory, clinical, and commercial forces shaping cannabis and psychedelic medicine.
Developed and produced by Gary Mackenzie, and hosted by Mackenzie, the podcast combines solo episodes with in depth conversations featuring policymakers, clinicians, researchers, CEOs, and key industry thought leaders operating at the front line of plant based medicine.
As cannabis becomes embedded within regulated healthcare systems and psychedelic therapies advance through clinical and policy pathways, both sectors are entering a phase defined by governance, compliance, and execution. The critical decisions shaping these industries are increasingly being made within regulatory bodies, clinical settings, and executive leadership teams.
The Dispensary Podcast has been created to bring those conversations into focus for professionals working within the sector.
Each episode examines regulatory frameworks, clinical governance, product quality and standardisation, cross border supply chains, and the strategic considerations facing operators, executives, and policymakers as these industries mature.
“Cannabis and psychedelics are moving into a more structured and accountable phase. That shift is being led by people who understand regulation, healthcare, and business at a high level,” said Mackenzie. “This podcast is about capturing those perspectives and making them accessible to the professionals navigating this space.”
Episode 1 will be released on May 27, 2026, with distribution across YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.
