Texas Bar Foundation Selects Trinity Kids, Inc. To Receive Grant for 2026 Royal Family Kids Camps

Trinity Kids was founded in 2002, as a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, EIN 27-0015831, by Mike and Alice Lally after volunteering from 1998 – 2001 at a local Royal Family Kids’ Camp. After directing their first camp in 2001, Mike and Alice felt the need to expand the program and involve the community. The name Trinity Kids recognizes the fact that the Trinity River, which links North Central Texas communities together, cuts through neighborhoods of kids that fall victim to abuse, neglect and abandonment every day. Trinity Kids hopes to break the cycle of child abuse by positively impacting the lives of exploited children. Trinity Kids was founded in order to focus on the growth and development of local children who have suffered from abuse, neglect and abandonment. Trinity Kids creates positive memories in the lives of abused, neglected and abandoned children by offering FREE activities that are designed to provide fun, safe and positive memories. Trinity Kids partners with local social service organizations and their foster families. Trinity Kids now provides 2 one-week long overnight camps for up to 100 children ages 6-11 and also provides weekend events for teenagers focused on building trust with adults.
