St James’s Place Signs At 3 Hardman Square

FTSE 100 wealth management organisation, St. James’s Place, has selected Royal London’s flagship 3 Hardman Square office building in Spinningfields as its new Manchester base.

St. James’s Place has signed a 10 year lease for the space that includes a 5th year break option which sees it relocating from two existing offices in the city to approximately 12,000 sq ft on the fourth floor of 3 Hardman Square.

Royal London Asset Management has invested in 3 Hardman Square to create an enhanced occupier experience, including a two-tiered business lounge which provides occupiers with a range of meeting and social space. The building also benefits from a state-of-the-art wellness hub which includes private shower blocks, changing facilities and secure cycle storage.

In acknowledgement of its sustainable credentials, the building was awarded BREEAM in use Excellent and a Design Stage Environmental Performance index of 10/10.

Located in the heart of Spinningfields, 3 Hardman Square also provides its occupiers with a range of retail and leisure amenities and benefits from managed public realm allowing occupants to enjoy green outdoor space.
