Independent digital transformation advisory firm Solution Minds Consulting (SMC) has announced the appointment of Marco Salieri as Director, further expanding the firm’s senior leadership team and capability in enterprise technology enabled transformational change.
Marco joins SMC with nearly 20 years of experience delivering large-scale programs across Europe, the United Kingdom, and Asia Pacific. He has held senior leadership roles at both Deloitte and Accenture, including major digital finance and ERP transformation initiatives for global organisations across multiple industries.
At Deloitte, Salieri served as National Lead Partner for Workday Financials, where he established and grew the practice, leading projects for several iconic clients. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director for Accenture’s Asia Pacific Oracle Practice, where he built and led teams across Singapore and ASEAN, Hong Kong, China, and Australia. His earlier career included roles with Michelin and the United Nations in Europe.
At SMC, Salieri will focus on helping executives shape value-led business cases, streamline operations, and deliver measurable business outcomes through the adoption of modern enterprise technology. His appointment comes as SMC continues to expand its footprint across Australia and New Zealand, with a growing portfolio of large-scale projects spanning Finance, HR, and operational technology enabled transformations.
