SMMT Industry Forum CEO joins Northern Auto Alliance Board

SMMT Industry Forum (SMMT IF) are delighted to announce that CEO Ashley Fernihough has been appointed as the newest Board member of The Northern Auto Alliance (NAA).

The NAA, created in March 2004, provides vital help, support, and a range of services to Northern Auto Businesses, from accessing funding to technical advice and strategy planning.

Ashley has an extensive background in the automotive Industry, with more than 40 years of experience in management and consultancy roles covering almost every area of the industry, with a track record of delivering successful business transformation programs, with global leadership roles at companies including Jaguar Land Rover, Ricardo, PwC and IBM.

On his appointment, Ashley said “I am very pleased to have been invited to join the Board of NAA. Their commitment to the Auto industry is plain to see, and I look forward to working with them to deliver for their current membership and hopefully in time, see that membership grow”.
