Furthermore, recipients must be dedicated exclusively to the James Hardie brand, ensuring they are not “website tier” contractors for competing hard-siding products.
The selection process is based on transparent, third-party data via GuildQuality and Google Reviews. Smith Roofing & Exteriors met and exceeded the following 2025 benchmarks:
- Elite Customer Satisfaction: Maintained a 95% or higher “Likely to Recommend” rating via GuildQuality.
- Review Excellence: Achieved a Google rating of 4.9 or higher, specifically from 2025 customer reviews.
- Consistent Volume: Logged a minimum of 20 high-standard jobs in 2025.
