Silverpoint, the leading North West based retail display business, has bolstered its team with a trio of new hires, strengthening and supporting the company’s ambitious expansion plans.
Hazel Whelan takes on the position of Accountant, with over 20 years of experience in roles including Company Secretary, Accounts Technician and Office Manager. Hazel has a wealth of expertise being responsible for company accounts, including payroll, pensions, VAT returns and statutory requirements, in addition to handling banking procedures which included foreign currency accounts. She is also exceptionally competent in utilising several different accounting software packages.
Vanessa Crispin has joined the company as Group HR Director, with an extensive background in HR across both public and private sectors, and skills including recruitment, change management, job evaluation, leadership training and delivery, coaching and development, workforce planning and employee relations. Training and personal development are both high on Vanessa’s people agenda, and her work with colour and psychometrics aligns well with Silverpoint’s creative solutions.
Also expanding the team is Kieran Adams, who joins as Group Photographer. Holding a BA (Hons) in Photography from Lancaster University, as a studio and product photographer Kieran will capture still-lifes of client products to enhance exhibitions, events and retail displays, and travel worldwide to record installations. With a strong background in the industry, Kieran joins the company from his role at a London-based photography service and has showcased his work at prestigious exhibitions in the capital.
