Search Theory, the new full-service SEO agency, which opened its doors earlier this year, has announced the appointment of Elisha Vernon as Senior Digital Marketing Executive.
The appointment follows a series of new client wins and recent senior hires as the agency continues to expand its team and add new services to its offering.
This latest addition marks the seventh hire at the agency since its official launch in April 2026. In June, the agency welcomed Samantha Cobden as Head of Digital PR, Travis Robbins as SEO and Experiences Manager and Henry Reeves as a new Marketing Apprentice.
Elisha joins Search Theory with over two years of experience in the marketing industry. Her journey into digital marketing began while working at VW before moving agency-side.
In her new role, Elisha will support the agency’s digital marketing offering, working with brands to create engaging, distinctive content that improves visibility across channels.
On joining the new agency, Elisha says:
“This is so exciting! I’m so glad to say that I’ve joined the team. It’s great to be working with such an amazing, talented group of people once again.
When I started in this industry over two years ago, I was surrounded by so many inspiring marketers. My dream has always been to find a role that I feel passionate about, and I find it so engaging working with brands to create unique content for their audiences. To be a bit candid – the sky really is the limit. I’m so lucky that I get to be in such a creative line of work, and now I get to be a part of something really incredible.”
David Vernon, co-founder of Search Theory, said:
“It’s always a great feeling to welcome someone new to the Search Theory team, and we’re all really chuffed to have Elisha on board. From what we’re seeing today, clients don’t want generic AI fluff. They just want to talk to real people who care about making their brand all it can be, and Elisha really has that passion and drive in spades.
I’m beyond excited to see how her passion for building unique brands translates into building up our digital marketing offering.”
The team will once again be heading to BrightonSEO in October to take part in industry talks and meet other agencies and clients from across a wide range of industries.
