Birdies has a money-saving package available for families at both its venues – Battersea and new-kid-on-the-block Angel, Islington, to make sure the experience is family and finance friendly. Under 18s are welcome at the Battersea venue between 12 pm and 4 pm Tuesday to Friday and at the Angel venue 12 pm – 4pm Monday to Friday and Sundays throughout the school holidays. The family package guarantees quali-tee family time for two adults and two children for £25.
Once guests have worked up an appetite hitting a hole-in-one, they can sample the un-fore-gettable festive offering from award-winning Cheeky Burger. For the younger family members there’s a kid’s menu available that includes a Cheeky Cheeseburger or Vegan Slider served with fries and ketchup followed by an ice-cream extravaganza with layers of vanilla ice-cream, chocolate and/or raspberry sauce, whipped cream and sprinkles – for those looking for a fruity finalé, there’s also a fruit salad option available and each meal includes a thirst-quenching juice drink. The adult seasonal specials include the Christmas Beef & Truffle Burger layered with a mouthwatering beef patty, cheese, truffle mayo, mixed leaves and onion chutney. For the traditionalists, there’s also the Christmas Turkey Feast with a turkey patty, smoky mayo, brie, mixed leaves and the all-important cranberry sauce.
