Multi-award winning Sales Geek, the world’s leading provider of part-time Sales Directors, is opening its latest Franchise in West Kent covering Ashford, Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and beyond. Heading it up will be sales expert, Simon Le Roux.
With a career in technology sales stretching back to the mid 90’s, Simon’s first Sales Manager role was at QAS Systems where he ran the Key Accounts team after many years as their top individual contributor. He went on to work for some of the world largest software companies including companies acquired by Oracle and Adobe. More recently he has been working with a number of smaller business and Startups, delivering growth and Go to Market strategy consulting.
“I’m delighted to be bringing Sales Geek to West Kent. Having gained experience across a variety of organisations, I’ve rediscovered a true passion for working with small businesses. There’s a unique fulfilment in helping transform an ambitious small or medium-sized enterprise into something remarkable, rather than just slightly shifting the needle in a large corporation with the same effort.”
Simon continued, “I will be offering local businesses access to Sales Geek’s unparalleled part-time sales director service allowing businesses of all sizes to benefit from top-tier sales expertise without the financial burden of hiring a full-time, salaried sales director of equivalent calibre. I am eager to collaborate with businesses throughout West Kent, guiding them towards achieving transformative sales success.”
In addition to part-time Sales Directorships, Sales Geek has a world renowned sales training and sales mentoring programme with clients that include Panasonic, IAG Cargo, Royal Mail and the Indian Government. Simon will play a lead role in delivering transformative, cutting edge training to businesses across the community.
Sales Geek’s Head of Global Recruitment, Jay Williams said; “It’s a privilege to welcome Simon into the Sales Geek fold. His experience mixed with our suite of services is sure to be a huge asset for businesses across the region.”
