RG Corporate Finance (RGCF) has continued to expand its team to support its growing client base and pipeline of transactions with the appointment of Max Woodhouse as a Corporate Finance Executive.
Max, who is originally from Whitby, joined RG in 2018 as an Audit and Accounts Assistant. As well as working as an accountant and an auditor, Max benefitted from secondments to the firm’s wealth management and corporate finance service lines and he has decided to pursue a career in corporate finance.
Before he joined RG, Max graduated from Northumbria University with a First-Class degree in Accountancy. During his degree he spent 18 months on a work placement as a Finance Assistant at Arup, a multi-national top 100 civil engineering firm, including spending a month in India.
Max Woodhouse said: “Being part of the wider RG business has given me excellent experience and the opportunities to help me choose my preferred career path within the firm. My secondment with RGCF cemented my ambitions to become a corporate finance adviser, so I am really excited about this opportunity.”
Carl Swansbury, Partner and Head of Corporate Finance at RGCF, said: “We have focused on attracting and developing talented people within the firm and Max is a great example of the driven individuals that we are proud to have as part of our team.
“RGCF continues to build its client base and is looking forward to a busy and prosperous 2023, which requires an expanded and experienced team. I look forward to working with Max and helping him achieve his career goals in corporate finance as he plays a key role in helping our clients achieve their own ambitions.”
