Another new restaurant announced for Derbion’s Food Terrace

Derbion has announced Tortilla as the latest brand to join the centre’s wide-ranging food offering, with the new space set to open on the Food Terrace early this year.

Tortilla, which was founded in 2007 and is the UK’s largest fast-casual Mexican restaurant brand, will expand its Midlands presence with a new space at Derbion’s Food Terrace on Level 2, which is set to open next month.

Inspired by delicious Mexican street food, the brand will bring its freshly prepared and authentic California-style menu to Derbion, with dishes customers can create from a choice of fresh ingredients and fillings to suit all tastes, cravings and dietary requirements. With a menu jam-packed with mouth-watering burritos, bowls, quesadillas and tacos, plus nachos and desserts, visitors can grab a delicious dish while on the go or head to the centre’s Food Terrace to sit down and enjoy their Mexican delights.

Derbion has invested over £3.6m into its wide-ranging and vibrant dining offer including £2 million into the refurbishment of its Food Terrace, to introduce a fresh new look. The refurbishment has also increased additional seating and introduced new brands – including Popeyes® which opened in October, Burger & Sauce which opened its doors last month, with Tortilla opening next month.
