This year, Falken is launching the most comprehensive range of tyres in the company’s history. From truck, EV and off-road tyres to light commercial, ultra-ultra-high-performance (UUHP) and motorsport options, Falken is offering dealers and consumers a tread pattern for every occasion and season.
The extensive portfolio includes the brand-new Falken AZENIS RS820 UUHP tyre, developed for high performance cars and SUVs. Derived from Falken’s race-winning motorsport technologies, the brand’s product development team called upon the expertise and materials knowledge of its engineers in Europe, as well as the technological capabilities of parent company Sumitomo Rubber Industries Ltd in Japan, to produce its new generation and first UUHP pattern for the region. Initially available in 38 sizes spanning 19 to 21 inches, a Y speed index and rated up to 300 km/h, the Falken AZENIS RS820 has already been nominated as ‘Tyre of the Year’ by the Tire Technology International Awards for Innovation and Excellence.
Elsewhere, the Falken e. ZIEX has 17 dimensions added – with a total of 28 sizes available this season. Tailor-made for electric and hybrid vehicles, the Falken e. ZIEX is designed to maximise range by offering ultra-low rolling resistance – leading the Falken portfolio in terms of energy efficiency and noise emissions. Launched just last year, the tyre is already delighting customers and has convinced independent testers too – most recently achieving a ‘very good’ rating in the AMS summer tyre test.
Falken’s AZENIS FK520 also scored a ‘very good’ result in the AMS summer tyre test, owing to strengths including its good grip in wet conditions, its practical and safe dry handling and its quiet, comfortable ride. This popular UHP summer tyre is now available in sizes now ranging from 205/40 R 18 (86Y) XL up to 325/30 R 21 (108Y) XL – with five additional dimensions set to be added soon.
With its EUROALL SEASON AS220 PRO, Falken is offering vehicles an outstanding product in the all-season tyre category. Launched in 2023, the asymmetrically designed tread offers both grip and a quiet, smooth ride and is available in 45 sizes, 17 to 21 inches with speed index options up to W (up to 270 km/h).
For demanding terrain, Falken has the WILDPEAK R/T01 – ideal for every off-road challenge. With a tread design and structure intended to provide maximum performance over the most difficult terrain, the pattern is packed with features to inspire confidence whilst tackling the most challenging driving routes at the same time as delivering low wear rates and high durability. Available in nine different sizes ranging from 16 to 20 inches with a ‘Q’ speed rating.
Finally, Falken is completing its range of van tyres with the LINAM VAN01. Designed for light commercial vehicles, this robust summer tyre is available in 37 sizes spanning from 12 to 17 inches This also applies to its all-season equivalent, the Falken EUROALL SEASON V11. Available in an impressive 23 sizes – from 14 to 17 inches, its outstanding durability is ideal for light commercial vehicles.
