Pediatric Solutions, LLC, announced today that Happy Cappy Medicated Shampoo & Body Wash, its pediatrician-developed over-the-counter treatment for childhood dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis, will be available in 296 Walmart Neighborhood Market stores, 289 Walmart Supercenters, and 80 Walmart stores by the end of June 2026.
Created by Founder and CEO, Dr. Eduard (Eddie) Valenzuela, MD, FAAP, a board-certified pediatrician, Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Happy Cappy Medicated Shampoo & Body Wash is an over-the-counter medicated formula that helps control the symptoms of dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis in children of all ages, including scalp itching, irritation, redness, flaking, and scaling associated with these conditions. It is dermatologist tested, clinically tested, hypoallergenic, vegan, cruelty free, and made without fragrance, dyes, sulfates, parabens, or phthalates.
The Walmart Neighborhood Market format places Happy Cappy alongside the over-the-counter medications and pediatric health products that parents reach for during routine pharmacy and grocery trips, making the product easier to find in the moment a child’s symptoms appear.
That existing presence is substantial: the product is stocked in 3482 Walmart stores, more than 6,800 CVS Pharmacy locations, Walgreens, and Amazon.

Dr. Valenzuela earned his Doctor of Medicine from UT Southwestern Medical School and completed his pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. His clinical experience with seborrheic dermatitis, dandruff, and eczema in children directly informed the formulation of the product line. He continues to practice pediatrics in Houston while managing Happy Cappy through Pediatric Solutions, LLC, which he founded in 2014.
