Dr Karen Boardman has joined leading day nursery provider Partou as Group SEND and Inclusion Lead. She will drive Partou’s SEND and inclusion strategy, supporting its more than 100 settings across the UK in delivering high-quality inclusive practice and helping to ensure all children can thrive and reach their full potential. Dr Boardman arrives with more than 35 years of experience in early years, education, SEND, quality assurance and leadership development. Holder of a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Early Childhood Education from the University of Sheffield, she is a former Head of Department for Early Years Education at Edge Hill University and will report to Sam Sleeman-Boss, Partou Head of Early Years.
