Employment law firm Magara Law has announced two new appointments, promoting from within and strengthening its team as it continues to focus on how it supports clients.
The firm has promoted an existing team member Esther Anisha Peacock into a trainee solicitor’s role alongside a new support hire, Amy Masters, bringing its employee-positive values into the firm as it continues to build for the future following a year of significant growth.
Magara Law said the appointments help build for the future by investing in young talent who understand the culture and ethos to maintain the consistency, trust and quality of advice clients expect.
Esther steps up from the rank of paralegal to trainee solicitor after joining the team in April 2025.
Her progression reflects Magara Law’s focus on developing people internally who already understand the firm’s ethos and the standards expected when advising both employers and employees.
She graduated with an LLB Law degree from Keele University in 2023 and is currently completing her Master’s and Legal Practice Course qualification with Nottingham Law School, with qualification expected in 2026.
Esther said: “I’m really proud to be stepping into this role and grateful for the trust that Roy and the team at Magara Law have placed in me.
“Having grown with the firm, I understand the values that sit behind the work we do and how important it is to deliver the right outcome for every client.
“I’m excited to continue developing here and to support clients as part of such a close-knit and supportive team.”
Amy Masters joins Magara Law as an administrative assistant to support its growing caseload.
She brings 17 years of experience from the charity sector and will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the firm.
“I’ve spent most of my career in roles focused on supporting people, and that’s what drew me to Magara Law,” Amy said.
“It’s a firm that takes time to do things properly, whether that’s for clients or colleagues, and I’m really pleased to be joining the team.”
The appointments follow a notable year for Magara Law, which in 2025 marked five years in business and opened its fourth UK office, while continuing to build recognition for its work in employment law.
