NoxidJobs, a new UK-focused recruitment platform, has launched to help small companies and startups post job adverts for free and manage applicants using the built-in, lightweight Applicant Tracking System.
The platform is designed for businesses that want a simpler, more accessible way to start hiring without immediately committing to expensive recruitment software or paid job board listings.
NoxidJobs allows employers to create company profiles, post jobs and manage candidates through an integrated recruitment workflow. The goal is to give early-stage and smaller UK businesses a practical starting point for hiring, while keeping the platform simple and easy to use.
“Hiring can quickly become expensive and fragmented, especially for smaller companies,” said Ivan Genchev, founder of NoxidJobs. “NoxidJobs is starting with free job posting and lightweight ATS so businesses can begin hiring without the need to pay upfront for job ads or complex recruitment software.”
The platform is still at an early stage, but NoxidJobs plans to expand its ATS functionality significantly over time. Future development will focus on helping employers manage more of the hiring process in one place, with more advanced features expected to be introduced for users who need additional recruitment capabilities.
Alongside the job board and ATS, NoxidJobs also offers a growing set of free UK employment tools for both, employers and jobseekers. These include calculators for employer hiring costs, Skilled Worker visa sponsorship costs, take-home salary calculator, holiday entitlement calculator and statutory redundancy pay.
These tools are designed to provide practical support around common UK hiring and employment questions while the platform continues to grow.
