Change the way we seek mental health support, for the better, forever. knus was born from lived experience. Seven years ago, our founder battled psychosis and navigated a long road to recovery. Through that journey, one thing became clear: peer support is powerful. What started as a personal mission grew into a movement. From accredited anxiety courses to a peer support training scheme, knus was built on empathy, connection, and recovery. One volunteer has grown into a network of over 800. At knus, we believe no one should face mental health challenges alone.
