Black Lotus Newsroom

Black Lotus is a collective of avant-goth artists founded by Thai Black and Madeleine Moriand. Rooted in gothic rock and gothic art metal, the project moves through avant-goth, noir pop, post-punk, dark pop, wave, industrial, rock, metal and experimental forms. Black Lotus combines music with film, photography, movement, installation and performance-based visual art, with each release developing its own distinct sonic and visual world.
