Award-winning development Graven Hill in Bicester has welcomed its first commercial occupier on to the thriving community with a new dental practice opening this month.
Market Square Dental, already established in Bicester town centre since the 1980s, has relocated from its present site to the spacious ground floor unit on Graven Hill Road.
Fit out has been completed in the easily accessible clinic which will boast five state-of-the-art surgeries, a waiting room and reception area along with private consultation rooms. Outside there is ample and convenient on-road parking available for visitors, as well as being located conveniently near the Graven Hill bus stop, serviced by the H5 and 29 buses.
Owners Shrayesh and Amee Patel, are delighted with their new clinic and love to see the reaction of their clients when they see the new premises for the first time.
He said: “We’re very excited about the opportunities our new clinic will allow us to develop. We plan to expand our services in cosmetic dentistry, and introduce new services such as implant dentistry and facial aesthetics, and we simply couldn’t do that in our old premises.
He added: “We were on the first floor of a Grade II listed building in the town centre which is hard for some of our elderly clients to get to. Due to the Listed status, we are also very restricted in what we could do to improve it. Parking nearby was an ongoing issue for our clients so the additional space and community at Graven Hill is a huge improvement on so many levels.”
Market Square Dental plans to take on more employees as it expands its services.
“It is already a much nicer patient experience,” said Shrayesh. “The fact there is going to be a community centre, primary school and other facilities coming to Graven Hill, makes it the perfect location for us.”
