Monaghan-based start-up Spryt has been named as the Best MedTech/HealthTech winner at the 2025 London StartUp Awards.
Founded to tackle missed appointments and access inequality in healthcare, Spryt developed Asa, an AI receptionist that allows patients to manage appointments through WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS — 24/7 and in any language. Since launching, Spryt has engaged patients across NHS sites, increased appointment engagement by 160%, and earned recognition from CancerX, Google, HIMSS, and the Mayo Clinic Innovation Exchange.

All regional winners in their category will now progress to the UK StartUp Awards final, taking place at Ideas Fest on September 11th (dubbed the “Glastonbury for Entrepreneurs”) along with the winners from nine other nations and regions.
