For the third year running, Mintra has been recognised in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026, powered by WorkL. Selected from more than 70,000 organisations nationwide, the recognition highlights Mintra’s continued commitment to creating a positive, empowering and inclusive workplace culture through continuous organisational improvement.
The annual awards, announced on 22 May 2026, celebrate and recognise the UK’s top employers that demonstrate high levels of employee engagement, workplace culture and overall employee experience across a range of industries and sectors. The survey measures employee experience through 26 questions across six workplace engagement categories.
Mintra is recognised in the Medium Organisation category (50–249 employees) and has been rated as ‘good’ or ‘higher’ across all six categories: Empowerment, Wellbeing, Job Satisfaction, Pride, Information Sharing, and Reward & Recognition.

Mintra achieved an overall employee engagement score of 77%, maintaining consistently strong results over the past three years. Several results also standout against global and technology sector benchmarks, including:
- Only 12% employee flight risk, compared with a 40% global average and 42% technology sector average
- Just 19% wellbeing risk, significantly below the 39% global benchmark and 42% technology sector benchmark
- 76% confidence in management
- 79% job satisfaction, continuing a strong three-year trend
