MDLBEAST, the pioneering music entertainment company transforming Saudi Arabia’s cultural landscape, is launching “Generation Beasts,” a new initiative designed to give young Saudi talent hands-on experience and a direct pathway into the entertainment industry. Through two key programs;Co-Op Internship, and the Tamheer Graduate Program.Generation Beasts offers university students and recent graduates a unique opportunity to gain real-world exposure at one of the region’s most exciting and influential companies.
The Co-Op Internship program provides Saudi university students with practical training, allowing them to work alongside MDLBEAST professionals while completing their studies. Over a three-month period, interns will immerse themselves in the company’s diverse projects, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in music, events, media, and entertainment.
For MDLBEAST, the program serves as an essential platform for identifying future industry leaders, fostering fresh perspectives, and building a dynamic talent pipeline. Prospective candidates can apply from now until May, with selections taking place shortly after.
Designed for recent graduates, the Tamheer program—backed by Saudi Arabia’s Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF)—offers intensive training and skill development for young professionals seeking career opportunities. While the program provides a seamless transition for successful Co-Op interns, it is also open to fresh graduates from outside the internship program. MDLBEAST actively scouts external talent, especially when additional spaces are available beyond those filled by Co-Op participants. Currently, the company aims to manage 8 to 10 graduates per year through the Tamheer program, with plans to scale as the company grows.
