Lufutatech has introduced the new LFT-153LD digital-control commercial ozone generator, an upgraded model developed from the LFT-153LG. The new model combines a redesigned, more compact structure with a new digital control system and a pluggable ozone module designed to simplify ozone plate replacement.
A Digital Upgrade from the LFT-153LG
The LFT-153LD introduces a digital control system as a key upgrade from the LFT-153LG.
The model features a high-precision LCD digital control panel with:
- Five adjustable ozone output levels
- Five adjustable fan speeds
- An interval cycle timer adjustable from 15 to 720 minutes
- 12-hour and 24-hour cycle options
- A digital display for operating information
The combination of adjustable ozone output, fan speed and interval timing gives users more control over the machine’s operating parameters for different treatment requirements.
A More Compact Product Design
The LFT-153LD also introduces a redesigned exterior and more compact mechanical structure.
The product measures 200 × 175 × 162 mm, with a packing size of 260 × 240 × 210 mm. The reduced package volume was considered as part of the product development, particularly for transportation and international distribution.
The model maintains a rated ozone output of 10,000 mg/h while supporting both 110–120V/60Hz and 220–240V/50Hz input configurations.
Pluggable Ozone Module for Simplified Replacement
Another key feature of the LFT-153LD is its pluggable ozone module.
The module allows the ozone plate to be removed and replaced without disassembling the entire machine. The tool-free pull-out and replacement process is designed to simplify ozone plate replacement and reduce the maintenance work associated with servicing the ozone generation component.
The LFT-153LD uses a ceramic ozone plate with a stated lifespan of up to 8,000 hours. The unit uses an air-cooled system and has a rated power consumption of 100 W.
Applications
The LFT-153LD is designed for commercial ozone treatment applications, including hotel rooms, restaurants, warehouses, kennels, pet stores, vehicle detailing and water-damage restoration.
As with ozone treatment equipment generally, operation should follow appropriate application procedures and exposure-control requirements for the specific environment.
