The UK’s largest installer of loft storage solutions, Instaloft, is set to further extend its market share after announcing the opening of a new depot in Norwich.
The news follows a record year for the loft boarding company, with 2023 seeing the Instaloft Group, which includes sister companies GarageFlex and Instaspark, achieving a 57.34% increase in revenue compared with 2022 – placing the group at £22.5 Million turnover.
The increased demand for Instaloft’s bespoke loft boarding and storage solutions in East Anglia resulted in the company’s depot for Colchester and Essex stretching its coverage whilst becoming increasingly busy in its own region. The Norwich depot marks the 12th Instaloft depot to open in the UK, with further depots set to open in the coming months as the firm expands its reach across more of the UK.
On track to turn over an impressive £30 million over the next 12-months, Instaloft’s Norwich depot will work to firmly establish its presence within East Anglia, enabling the ambitious scale-up to achieve its growth objectives, and ensuring Instaloft becomes the region’s loft storage provider of choice while continuing to dominate the UK market.

Headquartered in Telford with a total of 12 depots nationwide including Exeter, Newport, Reading, Colchester, Peterborough, Yorkshire, and Nottingham, Instaloft plans to further expand across the UK in the coming months.”
