Local housebuilder invites community to look around latest showhome

A new development in Etwall has launched its latest show home.

Redrow East Midlands is inviting house hunters to its premium show home at The Nook, on Egginton Road.

The Blenheim Gable, a five-bedroom detached home from £799,950, is double fronted, features magnificent bay windows and a traditional chimney stack which gives it a regal appearance. Inside, visitors will find a high-spec, large open-plan haven, perfect for any modern family.

On the ground floor, a stylish lounge and separate dining room are perfect for dinner parties, while the large main kitchen and dining area are perfect for bringing everyone together, and large bi-folding doors help to bring a sense of the outside in.

Upstairs there are five double bedrooms, two with en-suites. The envy-inducing main bedroom is complete with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

Local people are encouraged to book an appointment to look inside the new show home, which is perfect for couples, growing families or those seeking additional space.

Visitors to the show home will also be able to find out more about the development. With a focus on building sustainable environments that bring people closer to nature, The Nook will feature plenty of open space and promote environmentally friendly transport options through the creation of cycle paths.

Ryan O’Sullivan, Sales Director at Redrow East Midlands, said: “I’m pleased to invite the local community to step inside our latest show home at The Nook.

“The Blenheim Gable is a beautiful example of Redrow’s craftsmanship and is ideal for family life as it offers a superb balance between open-plan living – where the family can come together – and plenty of space to relax too.

“We’re delighted to have opened the doors to the show home so that local people can see exactly what life is like at The Nook – and to see the Redrow difference first hand.”

Located just eight miles from Derby, six miles from Burton-Upon Trent, and with key travel routes within easy reach, the new development will offer village surroundings combined with a well-connected location. The Nook really is perfectly placed for growing families and commuters alike.
