Leading international systems integrator, ITI Group today announced the acquisition of AssetMinder, a provider of IoT condition-based monitoring SaaS solutions for industry. By integrating AssetMinder’s trusted technology, ITI Group expands its ability to deliver actionable insights and measurable value to industrial clients.

AssetMinder provides a turnkey monitoring solution focused on asset reliability. It captures usage and performance data from existing systems through smart sensors that provide advanced insights to unlock data-driven intelligence. The solution helps clients reduce energy and utility costs, track and reduce carbon emissions and monitor and maintain equipment effectiveness via its suite of SaaS solutions. Clients benefit from energy efficiency gains and reduced costs and downtime through the provision of detailed insights.

Dominic Murphy, CEO of ITI Group commented, “As factories continue to modernise and use data to manage and improve productivity and efficiency, the AssetMinder solution compliments our established technology expertise in helping our clients optimise their operations. Being able to support our clients with reliability detail we can deliver predictive maintenance data to optimise efficiency and reduce costly unplanned downtime.”
