Luxury brand Irene Forte Skincare has moved its UK fulfilment to Prolog Fulfilment Global, in a move designed to support the next phase of the company’s development which has seen rising customer demand as the company scales its international footprint.  Founded by beauty and wellness entrepreneur Irene Forte, its products include cult items such as the Hibiscus Night Cream and Phytomelatonin serums which drive strong customer loyalty and repeat purchases. They are available at its online store as well as luxury retailers and select spas in the UK, US and Germany.

Under the terms of the new partnership Prolog will manage the brand’s UK direct-to-consumer (D2C) and business-to-business (B2B) fulfilment including all returns including dedicated support for B2B delivery bookings. Key drivers of the company’s decision to partner with Prolog include unlocking later order cut-offs and having the capacity to continue to scale across direct-to-consumer and retail customers.

Prolog’s solution will provide real-time visibility of all orders and stock and a direct connection between the brand’s Shopify store and Prolog via its bespoke warehouse management system. Other added value services include shelf-life management and the management of the brand’s premium, bespoke packaging.

Steph Mitcheson, Business Development Director at Prolog, said: “Irene Forte Skincare is exactly the kind of brand we love to work with – innovative, meticulous about how its products are handled, and committed to delivering a premium experience at every stage. Its approach to quality and attention to detail aligns closely with our own values, and we’re excited to support the brand as it continues to grow. We look forward to building a strong partnership and ensuring its products are handled with the care and precision that customers expect.”

A spokesperson at Irene Forte Skincare said: “As we continue to grow, we need a fulfilment partner who can match our pace and provide the level of care and attention to detail our customers and retail partners expect. They have improved our efficiency, without compromising the customer experience and we are looking forward to continuing to build a strong partnership.”
