International Logistics Group (ILG) is proud to announce it has received the prestigious RoSPA Gold President’s Award for the third year running, recognising 12 consecutive RoSPA Gold Awards and sustained excellence in health and safety.
The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Gold President’s Award is presented to organisations that demonstrate long-term commitment to maintaining the highest standards in workplace health and safety. In RoSPA’s landmark 70th anniversary year, the 2026 awards attracted around 2,000 entries from nearly 60 countries, reinforcing its status as the world’s largest and most respected health and safety awards programme.
This latest recognition underlines ILG’s continued investment in creating a safe, secure and supportive environment across its operations, embedding health and safety into every aspect of the business.
Alan Summerfield, Health & Safety Manager at ILG, said: “Each year we enter the RoSPA Health & Safety Awards. This not only goes towards assisting us in the measurement of our Health & Safety effectiveness, but also enables us to be benchmarked against other organisations and show our Health & Safety commitment to other organisations and clients.
Whilst the compilation and submission of the award entry falls to the Health & Safety Team it is very definitely a team effort in our being able to show our commitment to Health & Safety. I am in no doubt that absolutely everyone in the business plays their part, no matter how big or small, during the year in working to improve our levels of Health & Safety and in really embedding our positive Health & Safety culture into everything we do. This really is a reflection of ILG getting the job done safely.”
ILG’s consistent success reflects a company-wide commitment to robust safety protocols, rigorous risk assessments, continuous improvement and comprehensive employee training. Across its fulfilment and logistics operations, ILG prioritises the wellbeing of its people while maintaining the high standards expected by clients and partners.
Julia Small, RoSPA’s Growth Director, said:
“RoSPA congratulates ILG on their RoSPA Health and Safety Award. The high standards ILG has achieved are the result of hard work and dedication, of which they should be rightfully proud and which RoSPA is delighted to honour.
2026 is a landmark year for the RoSPA Awards as we reflect on how far workplace safety has come in 70 years. It is because of the commitment of health and safety leaders like ILG, that people today are safer at work than in the past, and sets an inspiring example for the future.”
This award further strengthens ILG’s reputation as a trusted fulfilment and logistics partner that combines operational excellence with an unwavering focus on employee wellbeing.
