Housebuilder crowns Sales Consultant of the Year in Midlands

An employee in the Midlands has been named the region’s ‘Sales Consultant of the Year’ in a national awards ceremony.

Sam Butt, Sales Consultant at Redrow Midlands’ Heritage Fields development, was presented with the title of ‘Sales Consultant of the Year’ in the Midlands at the housebuilder’s annual awards ceremony.

The coveted awards aim to showcase best practice, inspire site managers and recognise the housebuilder’s top performers.

Having worked as a Sales Consultant at Redrow for eleven years, Sam has become an integral part of the team.

Commenting on his win, Sam said: “I first won this award when I was working for the South Midlands division, so when I won it again in the Midlands division I was ecstatic! It’s an amazing feeling knowing your hard work and determination has paid off and been recognised by the team.”

Robert Wilson, Managing Director at Redrow Midlands, added: “Sam is a huge asset to the sales team, and we’re delighted this has been recognised. He consistently receives excellent feedback and goes out of his way to build great relationships with customers, helping them wherever necessary and checking in regularly.

“Being named ‘Sales Consultant of the Year’ is a wonderful achievement and we’re all incredibly proud of Sam – and the rest of the sales team – for their hard work and passion. Here’s to continuing this success throughout 2023!”

Redrow Midlands currently has eleven developments across Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire. These sought-after developments offer homes from the housebuilder’s award-winning Heritage Collection, with properties available for first-time buyers, those with growing families and right-sizers.
