An employee in the Midlands has been named the region’s ‘Customer Services Employee of the Year’ in a national awards ceremony.
Kirsty Ashton, Customer Service Coordinator at Redrow Midlands’ head office in Tamworth , was presented with the title of ‘Customer Services Employee of the Year’ in the Midlands at the housebuilder’s annual awards ceremony.
The coveted awards, which have been running for more than four years, aim to showcase best practice, inspire site managers and recognise the housebuilder’s top performers.
Having worked at Redrow for ten years, Kirsty began her career as an apprentice showing consistent adaptability and being described as a team player.
Commenting on her win, Kirsty said: “I feel honoured to have won, it’s a great achievement and I’m so grateful to the team for their daily support.”
