Nationally recognized immigration attorney, entrepreneur, and human rights advocate Hillary Walsh will take the stage at TEDx Las Vegas on April 5, 2025, to address one of the most pressing issues of our time: the urgent need for comprehensive immigration reform in the United States.
Walsh, a TEDx speaker, founder of New Frontier Immigration Law, and a former law professor, has dedicated her career to advocating for immigrant rights, helping thousands of families navigate the complex U.S. immigration system. With over 13 years of legal experience, she has successfully represented clients at all levels of the judicial system, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
Her previous TEDx talk, titled “Captives Among Us: How U.S. Immigration Law Perpetuates Injustice”, shed light on the systemic barriers immigrants face and propose bold, actionable solutions for a more just and humane immigration system. Walsh’s approach integrates legal expertise with personal storytelling, drawing from her experiences as a human rights lawyer and founder of Arizona’s only 501(c)(3) supporting undocumented survivors of human trafficking.
