HawkVision AI has secured a flagship engagement with a leading manufacturer, marking the next step in its European expansion. The enterprise-ready platform applies AI computer vision to existing CCTV to make safety proactive—surfacing risk signals in real time so teams can investigate faster, take corrective action and reduce incident rates without adding administrative burden.
The initial rollout deploys edge-running models that analyse live video and flag risk events in milliseconds. Priority use cases include vehicle–pedestrian near misses, PPE non-compliance (gloves, high-vis vests, safety glasses), vehicle over-speeding, slips/trips/falls, man-down and restricted-zone boundary crossing. Privacy controls and audit trails are built in to feed investigations and corrective actions.
“Manufacturers are moving to AI-driven health and safety,” said Subhash Sharma, Co-founder & Director at HawkVision AI. “Our computer-vision models turn everyday cameras into a real-time safety layer—detecting near-miss signals as they happen and routing them straight into investigations, corrective actions and preventative programmes—so sites can measurably cut risk and keep people safe.”
HawkVision AI is now deployed across multiple European countries—including the UK, Belgium and France—helping enterprises “see the unseen” and standardise safety workflows across sites. The platform supports both edge and cloud deployments and is designed to work with customers’ existing camera estates and enterprise systems, with on-site assessments, time-boxed pilots and scale-up plans available for manufacturing customers across Europe.
