The commercial law firm Glaisyers ETL has advised the leading independent accountancy firm Duncan & Toplis Limited on its acquisition of the business and assets of Barnet-based NA Associates LLP.
Duncan & Toplis is one of the largest independent accounting and business advisers in the UK, with 14 offices around the East Midlands and North London.
NA Associates is a full-service independent practice that provides accounting, tax, audit and other services to businesses.
The team that advised Duncan & Toplis was led by Glaisyers ETL’s partner and head of corporate Daniel Varney and senior associate Niki Polymeridou. This is the second deal on which Manchester-headquartered Glaisyers ETL has advised the firm, having also acted for it on its purchase of North London-based ALG in February 2025.
