Gardner Leader, one of the region’s leading law firms, has advised the shareholders of Swindon-based IT, digital and technology consultants, Leading Resolutions Limited, on the company’s management buyout backed by NVM Private Equity.
Leading Resolutions are an independent IT, Digital and technology consultancy helping clients deliver large scale technology change programmes. They have full coverage across the technology landscape with deep expertise advising clients on large and complex IT transformation and business change programmes. They are seen as a trusted advisor to the boards of large and mid-sized corporates with an extensive list of blue-chip clients including Currys, The AA, Experian and Easyjet. The company is led by CEO, Peter Smyth and COO, Sheila Bryant supported by an experienced team who are responsible for delivering an impressive 70% revenue CAGR over the last two years.
For the last three years Leading Resolutions has been named in the Financial Times UK’s Leading Management Consultants report across 5 categories, following a significant number of recommendations from industry peers and clients. This recognition highlights the momentum the business has been building and is testament to the delivery capabilities which have been expanded and developed over recent years.
The Gardner Leader team was headed up by Corporate Partner, Joe Lewis. Joe specialises in advising businesses, from start-up to flotation, on all aspects of public and private M&A, shareholders’ agreements, reorganisations and corporate governance.
