More than 42 million people in the United States speak Spanish at home. In Miami-Dade County, that number reaches approximately 70 percent of the population. Yet every major youth sports management platform operates in English only.
Centro, a new AI-powered club management platform built in Miami, launches as the first youth soccer platform designed natively in both English and Spanish. Every screen, notification, invoice, and receipt works in both languages without translation plugins or workarounds.
“Most of the clubs we work with have Spanish-speaking parents, English-speaking coaches, or both,” said Oscar, founder of Centro. “They were using WhatsApp groups, Venmo, and Google Sheets to run entire clubs because nothing on the market spoke their language. We built Centro for them.”
The platform combines 14 management tools into a single system: registration, invoicing and digital payments, team and roster management, scheduling, a full communication suite, AI-powered game planning with access to more than 160 formations and over 1,500 drills, a club website builder, an integrated club shop, document and waiver management, financial reporting, and staff permissions.
Hispanic youth sports participation has grown at a 3.9 percent compound annual rate since 2019, with 65 percent of Latino youth trying organized sports in 2024. At the same time, youth sports costs have risen 46 percent since 2019, with the average soccer family spending $1,188 per year. Centro addresses both trends by giving clubs professional-grade tools at $25 per month with no per-player fees, no tiers, and no contracts.
Centro’s launch coincides with the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which brings matches to Miami and cities across North America this summer. The tournament is expected to drive a wave of new youth soccer participation, particularly in Hispanic communities.
