Filuet Tech, a global solutions provider in e-commerce, logistics, and HR technology, today launched Atalef, bringing skills evidence into early screening to help HR and Talent Acquisition teams sourcing technology talent improve screen-to-onsite pass-through and reduce time-to-fill. The hiring platform connects to existing HR systems via standard APIs where available and is available directly from Filuet Tech and on Microsoft Azure Marketplace.
Atalef is built for teams sourcing and hiring for technical roles. The platform’s DeepMatch™ algorithm maps role requirements to validated, job-relevant work samples and signals, producing calibrated shortlists for recruiters and hiring managers. The approach is CV-free and skills-first, with role-specific assessments aligned to the job so decisions are based on demonstrated capability rather than keyword screens.
- Faster time-to-fill: Introducing skills evidence at the screening stage reduces rework and accelerates hiring decisions.
- Better fit, fewer rounds: Role-specific work-sample assessments aligned to the job improve screen-to-onsite pass-through and cut unnecessary interview rounds.
- Works with your stack: Two-way updates, where supported by the ATS/HRIS API and client permissions, minimize manual entry and keep jobs, feedback, and candidate status in sync.
“We don’t ask teams to rip out their stack,” said Pavlos Charalambides, Global Ambassador at Filuet Tech. “Atalef plugs into the systems they already use, validates skills early, and delivers shortlists managers can trust, so fewer irrelevant profiles reach interview and good candidates don’t slip through.”
In Europe, the average offer acceptance is 56%, and about one in five new hires exits during probation, so fewer than half remain in role at six months. A single mis-hire of a technology role can cost companies over €100,000. Still, 98% of Fortune 500 companies rely on keyword-based ATS filters, which widely miss proven skills. In Atalef pilots, replacing keyword screens with skills evidence has translated to shorter hiring cycles, fewer interview stages, and overall lower cost per hire.
Atalef is available today on Microsoft Azure Marketplace and directly from the Atalef website.
