Casimiro Global Foundation (CGF) proudly announces the first-ever Ella, Inc. Workshop to be held in Palm Beach County, marking a significant milestone in the organization’s mission to empower teenage girls through leadership, innovation, and social entrepreneurship.
Hosted at Proclaim Church Fellowship Hall in Lake Worth, this three-day immersive workshop will bring the globally recognized Ella, Inc. program to Palm Beach County for the first time, expanding access to transformative learning opportunities for local girls ages 15–19.
“Bringing Ella, Inc. to Palm Beach County for the first time represents more than a new location—it reflects our commitment to meeting young women where they are and investing directly in the future of this community,” said a representative of Casimiro Global Foundation. “This workshop creates a pathway for girls to discover their voice, purpose, and leadership potential.”
Workshop highlights include:
- The 7 Mindsets for Success in career and life
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- The Social Impact Canvas Model
- Pitch deck development and presentation
- A final Social Impact Pitch Competition, where top finalists earn scholarships to Ella, Inc.’s leadership camp
Participants will also receive digital social impact tools, a graduation certificate, an Ella, Inc. workshop kit, access to a global network of young leaders, and daily meals.
