Elite Sports has introduced additional color options for its line of kids’ Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) gis, expanding choices for young athletes and their families.

The available colors include white, black, gray, blue, navy, green, pink, yellow, orange, and red. The range is designed to align with common academy dress codes while also offering children the option to train in a preferred color.

Each gi is made from 450gsm Pearl Weave fabric that has been pre-shrunk prior to shipment. The fabric is designed to retain its shape through machine washing and machine drying, allowing the gi to be cleaned using standard laundry methods.

The jacket uses Pearl Weave fabric, and the pants are constructed from a 60% cotton/40% polyester blend. A side-slit design on the jacket is intended to support a full range of motion during drills and sparring. The pants include an inner drawstring for fit adjustment.

Key seams and stress points on each gi feature additional stitching. These areas typically experience repeated strain during grip work and rolling; the extra stitching is intended to enhance the product’s durability during regular use. The same construction standards apply to all color variants, including the kids’ military green gi and blue BJJ gi. Each gi is supplied with a white belt at no additional cost.

The gis comply with standards set by major BJJ governing bodies and are permitted for use at most local and regional kids’ competitions.

Elite Sports notes that its size chart differs from those of other BJJ brands. Families are advised to measure the child and refer to the Elite Sports size chart before ordering. A complete overview of colors and sizes is available on the kids’ BJJ gi collection page.
