In this role, Aditi will lead EIC’s product strategy and technology transformation initiatives, driving innovation while scaling the company’s solutions to support its rapid growth trajectory.
Aditi Sinha is a distinguished executive with over 15 years of experience leading global product innovation, technology transformation, and operational excellence programs. She joins Economic Impact Catalyst from NielsenIQ, where she served as VP & Global Head of Operations & Transformation. At NielsenIQ, Aditi spearheaded the Consumer Data Operations and product innovations for Consumer Panels including an AI-ML powered consumer app to create a key market differentiator. Her leadership in digital transformation initiatives powered 5x revenue growth while delivering consistent operational efficiencies. Named “Woman of Eminence” by the Logistics Skill Council of India for digitally advancing the express logistics clearance space in India, she has demonstrated exceptional ability in translating complex technical concepts into scalable solutions that drive business value.
Throughout her career, Aditi has built an impressive track record of successful digital transformation & ERP initiatives across global organizations like DHL, Kantar & Nielsen. At Kantar, she improved margins within one year by digitally transforming pre and post sales processes and integrating ERP systems across multiple operating brands. In her various global & regional leadership roles at The Nielsen Company, she led strategic operational partnerships across Asia Pacific, Greater China, and MEA regions, establishing offshore operations hubs and driving product development initiatives with major clients. Her expertise in change management and leadership excellence is evidenced by her consistent achievement of top-tier employee engagement scores across multiple M&A and transforming organizations . Over the last seven years Aditi has been a startup mentor in India and US, helping them navigate the growth path. Aditi brings a unique combination of technical expertise, strategic vision, and proven leadership ability to her new role.
