Value Builder has been launched after a rise in the number of business owners looking to exit their business. Many have overcome recent challenges, from the global pandemic to the cost-of-living crisis and looming recession, and are now looking to sell their business or take a step back from day to day running of the business.
The tool enables employers to understand the current value of their business, while providing them with guidance to optimise their growth potential, increase their financial performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
