Empowering Professionals to Navigate Life’s Pressures with Purpose
Twanna Carter Professional & Personal Coaching, LLC will host “Peace on Purpose – Tools for Handling Stress When Life Won’t Slow Down,” a virtual workshop on January 25, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET via Zoom. Designed for professionals navigating high stress, especially women leaders and caregivers, the event provides practical strategies to manage pressure and maintain balance.
Led by Dr. Twanna Carter and Ms. Londone Reid, both experienced executive coaches, the workshop focuses on real-world tools for handling emotional overload, leadership demands, and the unspoken expectation to remain composed under pressure. Participants will gain actionable strategies to restore focus and peace amid demanding careers and personal responsibilities.
Leadership, Resilience, and Real-World Solutions
In a fast-paced professional world, leaders are often expected to excel while managing multiple responsibilities. “Peace on Purpose” addresses these challenges with a focus on emotional resilience and sustainable well-being. The session includes guided discussions and practical exercises that help attendees recognize stress triggers and develop tools to manage them more effectively.
“Many of my clients feel constant pressure to perform and stay calm while juggling major responsibilities,” said Dr. Twanna Carter. “This workshop offers strategies to help professionals find calm, confidence, and clarity without sacrificing ambition.”
Co-facilitator Ms. Londone Reid adds her expertise in leadership and emotional intelligence, helping attendees understand how to balance empathy, performance, and self-preservation. Together, Dr. Carter and Ms. Reid will provide an engaging and supportive space for participants to learn and grow.
A Focus on Sustainable Well-being
Beyond immediate stress relief, the workshop emphasizes building long-term resilience. Participants will explore topics such as boundary-setting, prioritization, and intentional rest, skills that foster healthier work-life integration. “Our goal isn’t to eliminate stress,” said Ms. Reid. “It’s to give participants the tools to handle it in ways that protect their peace and purpose.”
The interactive format allows attendees to reflect on their experiences, identify habits that contribute to burnout, and develop personalized strategies for well-being. By the end of the session, each participant will leave with practical steps for managing stress more effectively in both personal and professional settings.
